Caregiver Centered Care Education for Health Providers
New course for December 2023
People who are great at what they do never stop learning. They are always sharpening their skills. If you work with family caregivers, learn more about person-centered care for family caregivers.
Education is free online caregivercare.ca. You will receive a Continuing Education Certificate.

Level 1
Foundational (caregivercare.ca)
The course will cover the 6 Competency Domains in the Caregiver-Centered Care Competency Framework.
Level 2
The Advanced level is comprised of 6 short modules that make up the Caregiver-Centered Care Competency Framework.
Level 3
The Champions level is comprised of 3 one-hour modules that provide direction in planning and implementing Caregiver-Centered Care initiatives.
