After you have completed the online Professional Member - Degree Application Form you are required to complete the next step as it applies to you:

• Pathway 1 Academic Track - Upload the following required forms:
• Your official academic transcript
• Therapeutic Recreation Practicum Placement Confirmation Form_2025.docx - Google Docs
• Pathway 2 Certification Track - No further forms are required, ATRA will confirm with NCTRC regarding the CTRS number entered on the application form.
• Pathway 4 Return to Practice - Contact support@alberta-tr.ca

After you have completed the online Professional Member - Diploma Application Form 

• Pathway 1 Academic Track - Upload the following required forms:

After you have completed the online Student Member Application Form you are required to upload proof of student ID which can include any of the following:

• Picture of your student identification card
• Screenshot of your active online profile with clear view of your name and post secondary
• A Verification of Enrolment Letter in PDF form

• Alumni Member Document
